On 19th december 2006 I bought a hutch post paid connection 9833905303 with Rs. 100/- p.m. plan, (actuall I had gone to buy prepaid connection but the lady convinced me to but this post paid. when I
received the bill I was shocked to find the amount of Rs. 278/-. I had made only 1 local call and 2 sms intenaional. for 1 call I hardly spoke for a minute, they charged me for 7 minutes. Further they had charge a rental for the month of February in advance. When I brought this to their notice, they said its their rule. This rules of advance rental was not told to me. I do not unerstand why they are charging advance rental when they are taking Rs. 500/- security deposit. further on 20th Jan I had spoken to them to cancel my
connection, and also send a email to nodal officer with regards to this. Now again today I spoke to their customer care excute they are forcing me to pay the outstanding. I told them they can deduct the
outstanding from my depoist. they are not listing at all, . Pls. advice whther is this is a correct practive, shoudl I paid them.
