    Default Harrassed by Reliance Communications!!!

    Hi Sir,

    This is just to inform you that Reliance Communications Ltd have debited my savings bank account without any authorisation. As per below mail the auto debit facility from my bank was de-activated in April 2010 and they have again debited my account with the bill amount which is totally an unauthorised one and is a really theft of money.
    In March 2010 also they debited unnecessarily once for the bill amount(when it was already paid) and additionally also Rs 500 was deducted without any cause.

    Please can you check this one and help me? I am very frustrated as even after confirmation from their side on mails below regarding de-activation of auto debit facility, they are debiting my account unncessarily. THIS IS A SURE THEFT.

    No response/resolution to my grievance till date!!!
    Further, to add to the harassment....my account is unauthorizedly debited twice... once on 12th March (Rs 309.00) and again on 18th March (Rs 500.00).....
    Can you please explain me all this apart from confirming me the status on ECS De-Activation which is pending for a month now????

    with refrence to the above mobile number 20 days ago i have taken a request regading mnp (mobile number potability ) tata indicom postpaid to reliance gsm (postpaid) in reliance web world , netaji subhash marg, darya ganj, new delhi-110002 on dated.19.04.11.

    They told me that it will be activate more than 2-3 days and maximum 7 days. But my sim not activated so far. And also i have visited more than 15 times in reliance web world but nobody taken responce to me. And say we cant do any thing.

    Plase look at matter as soon as possible and take nessecery action.

    Default Reliance WEBWORLD FRAUD - Selling outdated 3G Recharge

    I am satyajeet sahay from Mumbai, victim of reliance corruption and fraud

    I like to bring to your notice that I have bought 3G gsm card(7666285630) for my dongle to use internet, I bought from web world , MIRA ROAD , THANE (S.R.TELECOM) on 12th MAY.They charged me Rs. 100 for sim & Rs. 303 for first recharge total of RS. 403.
    I started to connect my laptop it showed an error, I spoke to CC with M/S. Sonali Bajaj she filed a complain of not recharged; my complain no is 179124474.on 14th may

    After 72 hrs got reply from customer care that my no. 766628530 is not valid no. that also took 3 days; from Samgamesan K K of Reliance, it is a mistake from CC. With 9 digit cell no ,complain cannot be file in CC. If it is then it is very poor service from Reliance. I immediately check with CC they told me that my no is correct and it is mistake of Mr. Samgamesan K K as he provided me wrong information.

    I spoke to Rohit in appellate authority on 17th may he replied me that Rs. 303 FRC for mumbai has been closed since November 2011 and he is asking to contact the webworld for error.

    My point is that if a webworld can do a FRAUD by selling A closed FRC and moreover if Reliance CC can provide me wrong info on my complain; then the webworld will definitely not refund my money by just saying that talk to cc for this . Now I am getting different answer from different agency.

    What I am concern is about my money. I want my Rs. 403 and want come out of this mess, for me this amount is very small but now it is about transparency, honesty & Integrity of company and for mere earning Rs. 403 company has broken the trust of customer.

    I want fight against this corruption, which is happening through CC and WEBWORLD and the company is not ready to action against webworld and CC person. After 72 hours of waiting period from CC now I have complain to appellate authority which now I have again wait for another 48 hrs.
    Till today I have not got a single call or even a mail where they are apologizing for his mistake, even raising the issue to appellate authority of serious FRAUD Seems they are not bothered for customer

    I want a written letter from you side so that i can show to the webworld and get my money refunded.

    Also to take action against Mr.Samgamesan K K from customer care as he has given info for my complain , if the cell is of 9 digit you cannot file the complain; it has to be of 10 digit.to register complain ......

    I have all written evidence with me
