Aircel customer care is a Customer Harassment I am using Aircel from last 1 year with the no- 9762132920 within a years time I have experienced the worstness of Aircel and strongly believes that Aircels is the worst service I have ever used in last 12 years, The 1st and the Best thing is Aircel is Very bad in Network they don’t have proper network coverage there systems are totally useless if you are a user and someone tries to call u.. Caller ll hear the rig but your phone wont ring it happes most of times Because the systems they are using I guess are full of faults and errors.
I faced a biggest problem on 11th June 2010 when I wanted to recharge my monthly internet of Rs 98 from my existing balance of rupees 273/- when I inquired 121 (Customer Care No) some executive named Abhishek told me sir dial *234*98# and your Internet will be recharged. I done the same in the same night atleast a 6-7 times from 11th June night till 12th Morning I always got the same message – You are already subscriber, you can subscribe to a new pack only after your existing subscription expires. Then 12th morning I started browsing the NET via aircelonline after 2 hours it’s got disconnected then I tried to check up the balance which I was not able to after that I called up customer Care there Executive Miss chaitali attended me and told me you balance is zero because of you have used the net. Then I Explained everything to her he put me on a hold and told me that you have to go and recharge it for your net activation and balance then I asked her why should I bare the cost of your system error.. I have tried to recharge from my side but your message was mislead me. Then madam asked me to call after 30 min she needs to check the details.. which I did then there was Mr Ganesh who attended me then I explained whole thing to him after listing my whole Ramayana he said sir that no(*234*98# ) is not working now the same no which I got last afternoon from his colleuge what a JOKE.. Whenever you call in Customer care centre if they asked to call you then there will be different person every time. Mr Ganesh told me to talk to his Senior again he put me on a Hold for 5 mins and after that he said now I am connecting you to his senior and he connect my phone after two rings it got disconnected the same thing happened to me 4times in 30 mins time it was really a high time to try customers patience. Again I Called up for 8th times every time different executive with different stories and excuses then one executive called shahnavaz asked me to call after one hour because his senior ( Pratik) was busy and he can’t attend now. I lost my patience and cool down myself and went to the shop and recharged it of 199rs thenI tried the same code(*234*98# ) which was above I got the same message then again I called up 121(Customer Care which is now become customer harassment to me) the he took down my complaint and gave me complant no 1-2161443332 and told me it ll be resolved in 24hours time then I asked him what about my 269 Rs which is waived of because of the system problem he told me you will get a call and all problem will be resolved after 4-5 hours time I got the message your complaint has been resolved but no one called me to ask or talk to regarding my Rs. 269/- this is the way I Guess this companies and looting customers and bidding for huge amounts stealing our money.
I have wasted whole my day behind this 121 customer harassment no. Now I want the apologies and my Rs 269/- back.
