last time also. vodafone has deducted balance from my account on the basis of missed call alert service which they again activated without taking my prior permission and they even didnt bother to register mine complaint..
yesterday evening, at 6pm , i complained about without information activation of chat services..now vodafone has activated caller tunes service on my account yesterday at 11pm and rs.35 has been deducted again from my balance..i dont understand whts happening on their part? total sum of rs.65 has been deducted from my account yesterday..
this is just annoying customers..
i am not activating, any service and they r activating these services and deducting balance for the same..
i hope u will take necessary action against such things as soon as possible..and refund rs. 65 in my balance..
