Reliance launched a plan broadnet in punjab in which free unlimited internet usage was to be provided. the sim cost was 30/- and an additional recharge of 60 was taken to activate. moreover with the purchase of 2 sims 1 additional was given free to us, but the tricky part was up ahead.
the internet compartibility was limited to few phones only and that too only on mobile i.e one can't access internet through laptop or desktop because their costumer care executive said the system had no compartibility. this wasnt mentioned before. for the launch of a product full information should be provided which in my case was not provided and the company too has no answers for it.
please tell me if i can sue them for lack of information provided?
