Dear Sir/Madam,
The Aircel is so careless in solving the customer complain, I don't know why they provided customer complain, neither they enters any kind of complain nor they bothered even to reply for the mail, They activated silly cricket alerts on my number and also arguing that it had been activated from your side only, even I assured them that I were not using that number from last more than 1 month and hand set was kept idle in my personal box and was locked then how come it possible that any one could access that handset, also I told him that here in my room I am living as bachelor, but he continuously arguing that , you yourself activated this service and denied to accept this as complain, what should I do? They deducted balance from my account and waiting for next deduction, if I will again recharge it, they will again deduct amount from my account, I need my money back and also punishment for these careless peoples who always tries to check the tolerance of consumer.
Please do the needful.
