I am Shreyansh Jain, your prepaid customer. My number is 9352369250. I wanted to recharge my mobile with your new scheme of 599. I called your customer care executive on 22.05.10 at around 10 to 11am. I clearly asked your executive that tell me all the conditions present in the scheme. He told me that you will get unlimited 24 hours reliance to reliance local and std calling for a month, and 30 minutes daily for others. These 30 minutes are not to be carry forwarded next day. You have to keep minimum 1 Rs balance in your account to avail these services. I further emphasized that he should tell me all the conditions and he said there's no other condition. I recharged with the same amount at 11.48 am.
After recharging, i got to know that i will get only 2700 minutes of Reliance local and std calling. I felt cheated and i called your customer care and asked them whether they could provide me UNLIMITED RELIANCE TO RELIANCE CALLING WITHOUT ANY CONDITIONS as they had promised and they refused. I warn them that i will file complaint in consumer forum but no use. Still, I filed a complaint to take some action against the executives who gave me wrong information. They took my complaint and its number is 127273169.
Here, i am again warning you that when my Reliance minutes will be finished, if you don't provide me unlimited reliance calling, i will file the complaint in consumer forum the same day. Please look into the matter and solve my grievances.
