I am getting numerous SMS and automated voice calls from Tata Docomo to my Tata Docomo number, promoting their so-called value added services, thereby terribly disturbing me at odd times. My escalation to their TN Nodal Officer did not evince any reaction from their end. Morfeover, I do not understand why it should take 15 days for them from the date of my registering for the DnD facility to update their records to stop such calls. I want these calls to stop with immediate effect. Kindly let me know the legal and speedy process to accomplish this. Thank you!
