Dear Sir,
I have surrender WLL of Reliance in the Month of Nov'09. since then i am corresponding them thru e-mails for the same. But till today they did not refund my money. Everytime when i sent a mail, they call me up and assured to send my chq within a week time. But it never came.

Pl. suggest what to do.
