Being a great and devoted fan of nokia products for few years its a shame and disgrace by the level of cusomter service i received from you , I am heartbroken and totally shocked by the gesture and irresponsiblity of your Service Department. Its happened that I have bought a brand new NOKIA 95 8GB edition just used it 2 months and and then although keeping it with utmost care my set's diplay began to falter and got blinking display of it and slidre got some problem. So I submitted my set to Everest Mobicare , but even though they have assured me verbally that i WOULD POSITIVELY GET BACK MY SET WITHIN 20 DAYS MAX and even they have given delivery date-4TH mARCH ,09 in balck and white that i would get my set get repaired or replaced max to max by 20 days from the date of submission , they faltered , and when I wentON 4TH mARCH with the hope of getting back my set AS PER THEIR COMITTMENT , theY gave me lame execuses to hide their faulty service lag time . Now you tell me that after buying such costly set , after using it for just 2 moths or so shall i be getting this kind of attitute of sheer negligency ? Being a person from the world of Media is it feasible to exfoliate the matter to other media and make an issue over it and spoil the ever lasting goodwill of Nokia being the leader ? .
