This is a complaint for Airtel number 9717433003 in Delhi circle.
The number is working for last 1.5 years and an ownership change request was submitted 10 days ago, which was processed after submission of all required documents at the ARC Dodel Powell at Ghaziabad.
4 confirmation calls were received from the representatives stating the fulfilment of the request.
Today for some unknown reason, the outgoing service for the above number was barred at 7.30 p.m. The customer care representative said that the same has been done due to non-submission of documents. Inspite of telling her several times that no such information was passed to us regarding the requirement and submission of proper documents at the outlet, she insisted that the documents were not submitted.
The concerns are:
If confirmation calls can be given, why was no call given for the requirement?
Why was the outgoing facility barred?
Why was it barred at 7.30 pm on Friday when all outlets are closed and the next two days are weekend?
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable and would request you to take appropriate action against the service provider.
