I buy Geliance GSM no. on 14th January from mobile store sector 46 Chandigarh for Rs. 50. He committed me that no. get activated till 16th Janaury but in get activated by 19th. While buying no. they said u get daily RS. 10 for local calls and in night Reliance to Relaince Free. Which is the main USP of the prodouct. In Rs.50, RS.25 for sim and Rs. 25 for recharge. But my no. never recharged. After 3 days i get my self recharged with RS.30. Than I contact both Reliance Customer Care and Mobile Store Showroo. Reliance Care said it is default of dealer. And Mobile store till one false saying it is fault of Reliance Server and u get everything that we commited. And after one they said there is solution for it. When i go to meet Nodal Office mentioned in Reliance Kit than they said we deal only in cases where Police involved. I have to ask when Nodal Officer & Appeleate Authority are no use for customer than why Companies mentioned their name is customer kits. Even I talked once with Mobile store manager who sitted in Sector 11 Panchkula Showroom. That time they also said it is due to default in Reliance Server and they also told me the name of officer who deals in between Mobile Store & Relaince. After that they also not picked the mobile.Till one month I in regular contact with mobile store but after that they we can nothing do. When i contacted reliance care u not getting benefits because u not get recharged with Rs. 50.
Now I have to ask the questions:
1. When I buy sim there is a need of Recharge of RS. 25 which is committed by mobile store which i never get. At the day no. activated reliance make compulsory first recharge of Rs.50, but no one communicated this to me, neither the reliance nor the mobile store. Now whose default is this, reliance or mobile store that they not communicated it.
2. When nodal officer and appelated authority is not to solve customer problems than why mentioning their names on Kit.
3. What remedy in this case.
