This is Gurjeet Singh Kalsi, existing customer of Vodafone since 2003, I have Migrated my no. ( 9811451802 ) from prepaid to postpaid on 14th April 2010. On 20th April my no. was deactivated, dont know why.? and even without any information which I never asked for this.

I even cant contact to customer care... I was into night shift and its very hard to commute with my office work. I called up Vodafone customer care through another number, they said its something DEALER RELATED ISSUE, when i asked them what is it.? they replied ' THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS, FOR THIS I NEED TO VISIT VODAFONE STORE.

Next day, ie. 21 April, I have given a visit to Rajouri Garden VODAFONE Store, even they can't figure out what is it? They also said this should'nt be done coz there is no reason that they can figure out for this. they fwd some request and given me 79384980 as complaint number.And told that problem will be fixed in next 2 hours.My number still didnt activate, I went back after 4 hours and stayed there till my number activate.

Now last evening the same thing happend to me. It is very painful for me...kindly tell me wat to do.?
