    Default Vodafone automatically activated caller tune and deducted amount

    Hi,

    This is Sanjeev and my mobile number is +918053957857. I took a new sim from vodafone and didn't recharge it yet. Some days before they activated a vodafone theme caller tune and I got a message for this. I called on customer care and they told me that is free of cost. After some days they activated another caller tune and deducted 15 Rs. while my balance was not sufficient for this and my balance is now -10 Rs. I called on customer care and they told me that they got a call from my mobile number that is why they activated this. I am surprised that though I am not using that sim, how they can get call from this mobile. After that the guy from customer care told me to hold for 1 minute and that hold never ended and at last after 1 hour hold I have to disconnect that call from my side. Please tell me how to get that amount reimburse or tell me what is the procedure for consumer court complaint filling.
