I have taken air tel post paid connection few months back they have asked a security deposit of 500 initially which i paid after using it for 2 days they have debarred the connection saying that i am bachelor and need to deposit another 500 to activate the connection and i was not a given an option to with draw the connection instead they told me that if i want my deposit of 500 back i need to use the number for 6 months ,

I have called the call center and verified with them they said bachelor deposit is mentioned in the disclaimer that i have signed, i have verified with the document its no where mentioned abut bachelor deposit , i also have made a complaint to airtel Nodal officer but there was no reply from them , finally i told them that if there was no reply with in 6months i will not be paying my bill ,

Now air tel has called me and said that they are proceeding legally what action i can take on them
