i am feeling very bad to complaint against airtel prepaid service, i am using this airtel number since 5 years with no complaints, recently on 27/04/2010 in name of submission of documentation they have send me message on 27/04/2010 at 10.15am "we regrate to inform you that services on ur airtel mobile number will be restricted immdtlyy due to non receipt of valid documents as per DOT guidelines kindly submit your address & photo ID proof documents at your nearest Airtel relationship center to enjoy continued service", with in 10hrs they have barred incomming calls, sending and recieving messages etc... services, then on 28/04/2010 at 12.30pm i have submit all the valid documents and procedures at Gandhi bazzar airtel office, near ramkrishna ashrama, bangalore. they told me within 24hrs my problem will be solved, and i registered complaint in customer care and airtel hot line also regarding this, then from hear afters nothing improvement has been done, when ever i call to customer care the are not responding properly and replying same answers " your problem will be solved with in 24hrs " and register a compliant again and again already 5 complaints has been launched, yet not solved my problem, and when i call now they told me to wait for 5 days, i getting too torcher from the airtel company and not giving my services back, please help regarding this complaint, i hope you will help to solve my problem and get back my services please......
