I just receive calls and E-mails but not the refund of my security deposits. Every
visit I make and every call I make to the customer care I just get the identical
reply saying somebody will contact me with in 24 hrs. and will get the refund with
in 15 days, but nothing happens. Plz see to it that my refund cheque in dispatched.
