    Default Worst Service by Micromax mobile

    Hi,

    I own Q5 model which is given to Mumbai Service Centre, Kaizer Telecom on 23rd March'10. Job ID MM505.
    It is one month now. I am neither getting any response from company nor service centre side. when contacting service centre, answer is, parts has not come from delhi office, so contact to delhi office. when contacting Micromax Delhi (Gurgaon) office. single answer I am listening from Mr. Bharat, Mr. Manoj and Sandeep since one month that part is being dispatched next day and get assurance that company person will call me shortly. Now I use to contact gurgaon centre everyday or second day. Till date I have not received any call from company end. Company's Mumbai representative don't pick my call. I am totaly frusted with company response.
    This is the worst service one can imagine from a company.

    Please suggest...

    sir,

    i bought a micromax q5 handset about two months a go from "Khushi Telecom" at mandirtala in Howrah, West Bengal and after using it for hardly 3 weeks i found that the headphone mode of the phone is becoming the constant mode and I can't hear any caller's voice without headphone. Immediately I went to the nearest service center at Howrah, West Bengal (A-Z solutions). They informed me that they do not have the spare to repair my handset. They also told that they can give my handset with some makeshift changes but I should not be able to connect the handset. After the arrival of the spare they shall make my handset ok. This will take at least a week or so.

    But after a month also I'm still using my handset without headphone facility. Moreover, when ever I try to contact your toll free number i found it busy. My local service center is giving no hope of any quick solutions. Please tell me what shall I do?

    wer is mumbai service centre... I heard it has been shiftd frm vikhroli to cst. Am facing same handset mode ka problm

    Micromax is running a thief company.

    I bought a W900 few months back. After 1 and a half month it wasn't working. I gave it to the service center and now it has been more than 1 month (gave it on 5th july) and i haven't received the phone.

    Every time the service center person says 1 week more. Yesterday some person from your L4 center was talking and he said it will take another 15-20 days. I asked him to give the number of service center and he refused to give it saying that the service center has no number.

    Seems like your company is one of the type which steals consumer money. You had claimed to give on year warranty on the phone out of which atleast for 2 months you have taken the possession of the phone.

    Probably you dont even read these messages. I have already sent messages so many times and no response.

    Just to hide your shortcomings and flaws even if I try to post something on your blog it says you are a spam bot.

    This perfectly looks like a thief company.

    Default Model Micromax X260- A worst hand set

    What a service ? If u give ur set for any type of repair , u'll not get it before 1 month. Within first 4 months my micromax set X260 went to servicing centre for 2 times. They kept it for more than 2 months. Both time they could not repair , and they told me to give a new set . But they give me a used one having lots of scratches. After 4 months, the display has gone. I am trying to micromax office at Delhi to replace this set with any other model, but no body picks the phone(22nd septmber 2010). Servicing center(Bhubaneswar) gave me a toll free number, but i can't access from my aircel and docomo number.

    The phone number written on the cover of the hand set are also invalid ones. Thank u Micromax.

    So it is better to avoid Micromax. I have to spread it atlest in my friend circle, and that will be enough.

    Hi,

    I gave Q5 model which is given to Surat Service Center, on 12th Augest'10. Job ID M Aug 265/10.
    It is Three month now.     Sir.I am from pune.I have micromax q7. and the wifi is not working.for past 10 days they say they wil give after 2days.after me arguing wit them,now they say another 10 days.My local service center is giving no hope of solution. My Job order no: 7360

    Ref 1.)Micromax Q-7 mobile purchased on 6th June 2010
    2.)Job Card number C10122020 dated 18 Dec 2010 @ M/s Srinivasa Mobile Care, Jayanagar, Bangalore Tel (080-22443777)

    I have my mobile for servicing of connector problem on 18th Dec 2010, I was promised to receive the same after 3 days.

    However there was no call or message form service center even after due date. Whenever I try to contact the contact number

    given by center was engaged, out of order or reply was not appropriate.
    After my unsuccessful first revisit, I have visited center on 8th jan 2011, I was made to wait for 3 hrs for “searching”

    mobile. After successful search the technical person Mr. Karthik, had applied for the delay and explained the reason for the

    delay was due to not matching the connects and he was going to change entire PCB and connector with 2 days. He has given his

    direct mobile number (Mob. 7760503887) for further contact.
    However on contacting him during this week, he has been given false promises to complete the job. When I contacted again

    today morning, he was telling me that he is expecting PCB from company today evening and he will complete the work only on

    Monday. I have no faith in believing his words.
    It will be one month on monday for my mobile for servicing.
    I also observed similar behavior with other customers while I was in service center.
    Delay in serving is not at all acceptable, I request kindly look in to matter and take necessary action to improve situation
    i had also posted complaint to info@micromaxinfo.com on 14 th Jan 2011, no resonance
    call toll free umber 1860 500 8286 on 19 th Jan 2011 - No response....

    Default Q2 moble purchase date 1.6.2010 given for repair on 23.12.2010

    we are dissatisfied with the product and very dissatisfied with the service support, we have handedover the handset on 23.12.2010 for repairs to Prince Communication Govind Puri Ext Kalkaji Delhi and till date we do not know the status.. we really feel surprised how the service centre is working, does it realloy takes more than a month to diagnose and repair the handset .. we want the support and replacement of the handset at the ealiest

    Dear Customers

    I own Q5 Micromax. With 4 months I had a problem in head set jack for which i could not locate the service people in chennai based on the booklet given by micromax during the purchase. they have not updated with the latest telephone numbers and addres due to which It took 45 days for me to get rid of the problem with my mobile.

    Also the PC suite does not work with Mobile and PC connection.

    It is not a user friendly and I do not suggest any body to go for micromax mobile until they are upgraded with the leading mobiles like NOKIA, SONY ERECSSION in the market.

    Hi, I have purchased micromax qube x550 lost 4 months back.now i have go to micromax servicing center at secunderabad sai mobile he told mother board probblem give me the 45days time.yesterday i have go to serviceing centre mobile or not working he told give me 3days time. so he wil be play to game of coustmers irretated .so dont purchase the micromax mobiles

    i had some problems wid my micromax bling for which i had 2 visit a service centre in andheri east mumbai...
    i have never come across such rude people at a service centre in my life..
    i really wish i had never bought a micromax cell phone..
    worst service ever...
    never buy a micromax...cz the people at the service centre are a bunch of idiots who just dont know how to treat customers
