This is to be in your kind notice that I have purchased TATA
Indicom Postpaid connection (No. 9212410021) dated on 20-01-2009. They have said
that the series of the connection was new but the number was used by some one few
months before, first time when I have call to the customer care the told me that the
connection was showing deactivated on the name Mr. Yoginder Tiwari. Then I asked
them the no. was used by some one before they told me that no. sir we changed they
series of the no. and we are providing you a new series no. But now I am receiving
call for Yoginder Tiwari. Then I make a call to customer care to told them what kind
of problem I am facing and asked for a new series no. then that Registered My
Complaint No.. 157315339. After that I receive Call from TATA Indicom from their
head office at Chandigrah and the no. was (01726601101) and they said that we will
Requested again and soon you will get
Response. But on dated 31-01-2009 they Call me and said if you was to close the no.
then apply for deactivation from or you want new no. then pay again Rs. 500/- for
new connection then I asked them that you give me a used connection for Rs. 600/-
Chits you fault and I want new no. because I am facing problem from the used
Connection. Then they said Sir we cannot do anything in this matter. They I said I
will Registered a Case on the name of your Company they said as you wise.
