Dear Sir,
I am Rakesh Khandelwal, the present user of reliance prepaid service. My Raliance phone number is 9024149946.
The raliance company has deducted 11 rs. from my main balnce. I also called to the customer care of the reliance. They said that they will return my amount back within three days, but today after the seven days, I haven't get my money back.
When I call to customer care, they do not attend my call, and if they attend, then after few minutes they cut my call, without making any solution of my problem.
I also told them, that if they won't solve my problem, then i will go to consumer forum, than they said, O.K., if you want to go then you may go.
Sir, please take a favourable action against this.
