Its been about 4 to 5 days when i made a request about VAS services being activated from my phone even after DND services were activated on my phone for the past one year.I asked them to stop all my services and refund my balance.

The next day i got my balance but to my shock i saw VAS services like news and jokes still activated on my no.
I can prove it to you that no message was sent to idea for activating any VAS service from my phone

In the whole day what one message i sent was to the Idea oongli cricket no. thats it...Neither was any call made from my cell phone to idea's services for VAS

I have registered 2 complaints for this and it has been 2 days and no follow up has been made on the same(been tried calling customer care/4444/`198/12345 but no reponse..Sometimes the customer guys says the network is getting upgraded or system is hanged and gives false promises)......

My balance is being deducted day after day
