It is respectfully submitted that on 12.04.2010, I subscribed for mobile TV to watch IPLT20 Match by after knowing about it through BSNL Live Portal. Later on, I came to know that this service is being provided by M/s Apalya Technologies Pvt. Limited in the name of Mimobi TV. After sending SMS for downloading their software on my Nokia N97 handset, I got the link and following message:
55447 :Your password to store the APN settings is 1234.Please save the APN settings that comes to your mobile and select this APN for giving the request. 3 days ago
Thereafter I subscribed for watching the IPLT20 match for one day which they are offering @ Rs.10/ per day and got the following two messages from them:

As I was not satisfied with the quality of video they were streaming for the match, I unsubscribed the same from the software itself. Still I received the following message, the next day:
55447 :MIMOBITV:DLF IPL/DAY RS.10 Subscription will renew in next 2 hour(s). To stop service SMS DLFUNSUB3G to 55447
I did SMS “DLFUNSUB3G” and sent it to 55447 as was advised in above sms. Still I got the following SMS informing me about renewal:

I again sent SMS to unsubscribe on 55447 as suggested there in. Again on 14th April I received following message from them:
55447 :MIMOBITV:DLF IPL/DAY RS.10 Subscription will renew in next 2 hour(s). To stop service SMS DLFUNSUB3G to 55447 Yesterday
I again sent sms to unsubscribe but got blank reply from them as can be seen hereunder:

Thereafter I once again got the message about renewal of service through following message:
554471010 :Thanks for ur DLF IPL Daily renewal for Rs.10/-.Ur Subscription renews on 15/4/10.SMS unsub3g to 55447 to unsubscribe.
Under these circumstance, I went on net and searched for their site to write to their customer support and after finding their email id, I wrote following email and got a response from them also. I am pasting my email and their response:

Thereafter I got receiving frequent messages for renewal of service from them and for each message I was being charged @ Rs.10/ per message. I once again lodged complaint through email which is reproduced here under:

I did what ever you have suggested here under and you know the result? Instead of unsubcribe, for which i sent repeated sms and emails to you, you started sending messages the whole night and each time charged Rs.10/ from my balance? I have been receiving messages whole night from you and each time you have deducted Rs.10/ from my balance. I have downloaded all those messages and reproducing hereunder.

Now I have decided to deal with you. Take the remaining balance also and that will force me to leave the BSNL Service also. But then I will be doing every thing against you and BSNL whatever I can do.

Be prepared for all the consequences.

The above is the true story of Cheating by Apalya in connivance with BSNL where in I have been cheated to sustain a loss of more than Rs.500/ in making SMS, Call and above mentioned service renewal messages.
If necessary I will adduce further proof as to how I have been dealt by customer service of Apalya and BSNL.
I request you to kindly investigate the complaint and take all such actions as are necessary in the wider interest of general public in order to avoid consumers being cheated like this.
