    Resp.& Dear All,

    Here is one case about the cheating by Cellular company(Spice) as one day a
    phone call is made by
    Spice Executive saying that myself won a prize on my Spice connection &
    promises to deliver me
    2 Sim cards free of cost without any activation fee on other charges simply
    on 25/-Rs.per month Rent.

    The spice executive deliver me the sim cards but to my surprise after 3 days
    a furhter call is made on
    my number confirming the receipt of sim cards & activation & when myself
    confirm from the Executive
    regarding the monthly exp.she explained me that their is Rs.75/-per onth as
    rent 7 when I argued with her
    that firstly another executive promises me Rs.25/-as rent & now you says
    Rs.75/-but she not listened to me
    & saying that policy is changed.

    from this incident following points arises

    1. Whether the Spice Co.apply the wrong methods for Increase in their
    customer base.
    2. whether the policy is changed withing 2 days after delivery of the sim
    cards.
    3. thirdly their is no customer griveneces cell in the company & no
    executive listen properly & try to
    sort out the matter.
    4. They just saying that contact this or that person & write down the
    problem but not assued to rectify the same.

    This is just to share my experience with everyone so that in future no one
    is cheated by the Spice in such a way.

    Respected and Dear all,
    I have been using the spice sim for about one and half year. But since from last ten months the company is activating some offered services live Missed call alerts, Caller Tune and some other of this kind to my number. without my request.On calling customer care i was told to deactivate those services by sending some Messages and i did accordingly. But that problem was not solved,and which made me to contact them again for several times. And one strange thing was that the company was deducting 30 Rupees For each service every month. Totally i am loosing 60 Rs. some times even 90 Rs. per month. I have again called Customer care Three months ago and i have Cancelled all the services and requested them not to provide those services for me. But till the date (4th March 2009) i have been loosing My Currency. This is such an unethical business any other company would do. Grabing money from Customers in this manner has aversed me a lot. Kindly suggest what is the further action i should take in this regard.

    Default SIM card registration Failed

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased SpiceD88N from HOTSPOT RETAILS LIMITED,H-43, Main Vikas Marg, Lakshmi Nagar, New Delhi -110092. with customer Id no. 118105820 dated 16/12/2008. I am using two sim GSM from IDEA no. is 09990328042 CDMA from Reliance no. is 09311752989. From December to till date i send my mobile to service center 2 times. They solve the problem within 5 minutus but it again give same problem "SIM card registration Failed". PLease provide some permanent solution. I did not purchase mobile to play arround the service centre.Please take corrective active action otherwise i put file in court.

    last month only,my phone is in warranty period
    within month it got display problem
    i submitted my phone at hotspot vikash marg location code 955
    book no 4140 job sheet no 001 date 05/04/2010
    the service people dont bother to give delivery date
    secondly they told me to come after 3 day,given excuse on that day they told that phone was sent to chandigarh, told me to come after 12th day ,when i enquired personally on 16th april 2010
    the duty person at counter laughed and gave me senior most person num of head office noida spice mobile ,but they were playing a mischiefious game ,he gave me num of pankaj
    seating inside the same store,asking all enquiry and feeling easy to answer them,its rediculous service where you make fool of your clients,after that person called ranjan kumar appeared and said sorry on behalf of all,and ask me to come on monday,insist of monday i went on wednesday,than i called ranjan kumar 09999008958 so called senior officer, he denied that he never met me at store,again mischiefous act,when i ask him that only you gave me this num on friday and ask me to call,he denied and said may be some worker gave me his number on his behalf,totally unprofessional way to talk to a client,now the person on phone promises that they will give it on saturday,
    be frank to you people i forgot my phone now,on monday i will file a case
    definetly without giving any second thought,

    i brought SPICE D-88N on May 2008 having its IMEI number 353480020147093 on its box, everywhere but the actual IMEI number from the hand set is 135790246811220.
    Please guide how to get the corrected or valid IMEI number, how much time it will take.

    I have deposited my mobile set (D-88N) on dt. 09.01.2010 at spice service center as per following address:

    Default worst behaviour of ur(spice) authorised service dealers

    Dear sir,
    I am working in the YALAMANCHILI SOFTWARE EXPORTS Pvt. ltd as a project coordinator. I bought spice M5151 on 10-2-2010 and got the problem with in four months that display is not visible and i gave it in your authorised service centre (vizag) on 24-5-2010 and till now i didnt get my mobile and that service centre guy he does not feel any responsible and also i am very dissatisfied with your service Dont you need customer satisfaction? if i loss anything for this delay i will definitely make a complaint on your company in consumer court.     Default Worst quality of service and product quality of Spice mobile.

    Sir,
    I purchased a Mobile Handset S580 of Spice Company but after six months it becomes faulty. For the purpose of repair in warrenty period I Submiitted my mobile at Spice Service Centre at Tagore Garden on Main Road on February but no service has been done for next three months.
    In the month of June it was found that my mobile hand set has been missed from service centre at the time of reinnovation of that spice mobile hotspot centre.
    The service engineer Mr. Ravi and his associates told me that this service centre has been closed freom the month of June. So now i request you to suggest me that what should i do in this matter as it feel so ashamed to visit again & Again at Service centre for only Rs.2000 mobile hand set. This also shows that if mobile quality is very bad then its service being provided is more worst.
    So, it is, therefore requested to the Spice company mobile that if any help would be done then please intimate the undersigned.

    As per feedback from service center i had visited on 15.05.2010 to take delivery my repaired set, But found that number plate of my hand set not replaced. which was also under scope of work.

    Service center personal said that it is not supplied from your side. Also said that any commitment also not possible to repair the same. undersigned not received the mobile set and request him to replace the number plate as early as possible.

    i was waiting still now and not received any information from their side.

    Please let me know the status of the same.

    I would like to inform you that I bought a new Spice mobile Model 5151 on 11/02/2010 and I had given it for warranty repairs (Blank Display)at one of your service centre at M/s Unique Services ,shop no 16,Gharse Tower,Near Donbosco high school, Panjim. Mobile :09822090778 (Please refer my workorder number SGO270910900100 dtd: 14 Sept.2010 at 10.03 AM) . Firstly I called on 17/09/2010 about the mobile they told me that The mobile will get repaired on Monday (20/09/2010) ,When I went there on 20/09/2010 to collect my mobile at 9.45 AM,I have been told that it will take onother 8 days to get the phone repaired as they didn’t have a display in stock. Now If you know that the item is not in stock then why didn’t they inform me that the repairs will take some more time . Is this your service to the customer ?. Otherwise they should have arranged onother handset for use as other Mobile manufacturers are providing.


    Please reply and kindly do the repairs as early as possible.
