    Thumbs down Complaint of My spice mobile hand set D-6666 , corrupted IMEI No.of two tomes

    Respected and Dear all,
    I have been using the spice mobile hand set model No. D-6666,(IMEI No.:-910070000253247), my mobile purchase date is 08-Feb. -2010 at Manoj Mobile Store , Prehladpur New Delhi-44) about 8 months ago . But since from last 3 months the phone was ded of two times by corrupting IMEI Numbers, & my phone hand set is showing (Emergency) & my sim Card & network disappear permanently( my mobile hand set purchase date is 08-feb.-2010) for that reason i was submit my Handset to yours authorize service center at ( Shree BALA Ji TELECOM , B-41A, Basement near B-Block Bus STOP , MAIN ROAD KALKAJI DELHI-19,Phone No. 011-46061863), they were hold my handset 10-15 days at there center & after that they were return me of my handset without resolving of my problems & told me that they cannot resolve my handset problem, my latest work order Number is SDL264810A00166 at SHREE BALA JI TELECOM, KKALKAJI New Delhi-19, i am so puzzled by my spice mobile phone handset because this is not working properly continue to till date, now what can i do & where i go for getting proper solution ? please help me & provide me Original IMEI Number in my mobile Handset, D-6666

    What is the TURN AROUND TIME for any set when it comes to a Service Center????

    I just want to aprise you the situation at Ambala Cantt Customer Care
    of Spice mobile that we had handed over the handset D6666 to the same
    4 months back. Customer care(Nanak Telecom) handed over the set 4
    times but everytime without any solution. Rather they used my set in
    such a manner that broken the orignal body of the handset, Scratched
    the screen.
    On my complaint to the head Mr.Pankaj, showed negligence attitude and
    handed over the set without giving any solution.
    Two days back when I confirmed regarding my handset from the said
    customercare, they assured for a call back within 5 minutes as they
    are not sure.

    After 48 hours when I visited customer care,nobody is showing interest
    in the said mobile set and rather showing escape attitude and said
    that they will not help me out.
    This is the last time i visited to your D-Graded call center for justice.

    You are therefore required to pay your preffered attention immediately
    on the receipt of this E-mail.

    1st BREAKDOWN: 17.09.09 :---- PROBLEMEAD & HANG PROBLEM.

    SERVICING DONE AND SUGGEST : TO REPLACE KEY PAD.

    PRESENT STATUS: DEAD & HANG PROBLEM. GSM SIM CAN'T RECOGNIZED

    MATERIAL REQUIRED: KEY PAD, LENS. IMEI SET.

    TILL DATE MATERIAL NOT SOURCED TO BELLENIUM SALES SERVICE PVT LTD.

    ON THE BASIS OF ABOVE INFORMATION , PLS LET ME KNOW THE PROBABLE TIME TAKEN TO REPAIR A HAND SET.

    ALSO UNDERSTAND QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT.

    SELF WILL BE VERY HAPPY IF FEEDBACK RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HRS.

    Dear Sir
    I sent my phone to hot spot in laxmi nagar near by viksh marg for repair on date 8/10/2011.i call costumer care no.60005566 but he say always next week but after one mouth my handset not repair my handset in working but miner fault problem is memory card not working my handset imei:910515900045820. job sheet number is 016. please due to needful suggestion as soon as possible.

    I have purchased spice mobile M67-3D on dated 13-11-2011. This mobile showing display problem in 6 days and now going in service center he is saying for repairing this mobile. In 6 days how can take a repair mobile so please solve this problem and release me new mobile.

    I am having spice qt95.This is third time its becomes u/s. this time service center require 25 days to repair. I think this is very irregular and bad thing.I required replacement of mobile as it is in warranty period

    dear sir,
    my spice mobile phone model spice qt68 was in no service problem (no network). i have given that set to the service center of lucknow .continue from three months it had been in service center . when the set was come from company again problem occured .company could not get repaired it properly my set . please sir you will solve my problem for that.
