i was using AIRTEL post paid service from 3 years.(9818693980)
i was paying the regular monthly bill in time . now i requested airtel to please change this postpaid connection into a prepaid , but the guys cease my connection i.e AIRTEL has disonnected the services.
As a request i talked to custoomer care exe. for so many times and the call centre Executives were harrashing and never respond in a good manner.
now i want to know where to go.
MY COPLAINT IS UNDER WHICH SECTION/ RULE OF TRAI THE SERVICE PROVIDER CAN DISCONNECT THE SERVICES WITHOUT INFORMING TO THE CUSTEMER.
