    Unhappy Complaint against Airtel

    This is Dhiraj Thakur working with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. at Mohali. My
    Airtel no. is 9501026413, this is a postpaid connection. I just bought a new
    simcard, as this sim is a corporate sim with individual plan.
    Some people set up the canoppy in our company & sold the sim. I submitted all
    my documents which they asked, the representatives told me false plans that
    I can do S.T.D. calls at 50p/m, which was totally untrue. Airtel have barred my
    outgoing calls two times. They are saying that I m not eligible for this
    simcard & the services. If I am not eligible for this sim & the services y did
    they wasted my time & money? Did they sold the sim just for completing their
    targets? Now I am in roaming, I am not even receiving incoming calls now. I
    called customer care & they told me to go to nearest showroom for submitting
    the documents again. I went to airtel showroom at mohali 3 B2, the
    representatives were talking rudely, they were saying that they are not
    responsible for that, catch the person whom u have brought the sim. They also
    told me to complaint against this at Airtel Head Office near Manimajra.

    Default change in connection

    i was using AIRTEL post paid service from 3 years.(9818693980)
    i was paying the regular monthly bill in time . now i requested airtel to please change this postpaid connection into a prepaid , but the guys cease my connection i.e AIRTEL has disonnected the services.
    As a request i talked to custoomer care exe. for so many times and the call centre Executives were harrashing and never respond in a good manner.
    now i want to know where to go.
    MY COPLAINT IS UNDER WHICH SECTION/ RULE OF TRAI THE SERVICE PROVIDER CAN DISCONNECT THE SERVICES WITHOUT INFORMING TO THE CUSTEMER.
