Dear Sir, This is to inform you with great disappointment that vodafone has failed to meet its standards and promises it makes to its customer. I was vodafone customer with corporate account for over 3years in Mumbai. I have shifted to Pune now with a different company. I was told by an overly confident customer care executive that in order to cut down on my roaming charges I can activate 'Roam like Home' feature on my number. After days of communication with email corporate.assist@vodafone.com I came to know that as I am on corporate account I cant get this feature. I got call from them advising me to get new corporate plan with my new company on same number and it would be activated within 3business days. I was fine and I sent out email to above address with new plan. It has been over 3weeks now and still no response from them. I called customer care and the chap shamelessly replied that I wasn't clear in my email about what I want, so they did not reply! I am now completely frustrated paying roaming bills of over 7k a month due to no mistake of mine. Please help me in taking action against them. I have all the email communications saved as evidence.
