Dear Sir,
I have two Post Paid Mobile Connection of Air Tel, one of that 9 years & other one last 4 years old connection. But one of my number is not working properly from 12th April-2010 to still continue. Only outgoing call can be done and can not receive any incoming call. Since lodge the complaint, they (all Air Tel Executives) are saying that, it will take 7 days and I have to wait for 7 days. Before that, they can't solve the problem, even I gave them my alternate mobile number, they did not call me. It was a very big problem for me and I suffered huge business loss for this. I want to know, that who will bear this cost? Me or Air Tel? When my mobile will work normally? Can I expect any answer from Air Tel? I am waiting for answer.
