Hi,
I have bought a Reliance GSM SIM (8956191938) on 10th of April from RELIANCE MOBILE STORE, SHOP NO. 12 & 13, AMAR ARCADE, OPP. POST OFFICE, HADAPSAR PUNE 411028.The SIM was of 60 INR and accoding to them I should get 5o INR talk time in that+a scheme in that I can talk 3 mins in 1 Rs activated.
But till today(13th April 2010) I didn't get balance,when I called to Customer care then come to know that the sim was expired I wouldn't get any benefit of it.
This is very disgusting and not acceptable.I tried to call to the showroom(contact no. is 020-32926308) then most of the times no body is picking up the call and if any body picks then not responding properly and some times disconnects in between.
The manager/owner (name Sudhir Agarwal mob:9373331080)of the store is also not up to the mark. He told me that till 12th April evening the issue will be resolved,But when I called him after the specified time then he is disconnecting the call and most of the time he doesn't pick up the call.
This is simply rubbish and disgusting.
I want some strict action against them so that they wouldn't make fool any other customer.
