I have been using TATA DOCOMO Pre-paid since Dec'09. Last week, I received an auotmatic call from TATADOCOMO to subsribe for caller tune. I disconnected the call quicly without opting any choice/offer. But, unfortunately TATADOCOMO forcibly downloaded a caller tune in my phone and deducted Rs. 30. Upon noticing the same, I called CS and they confirmed that this is accidentaly done by their system. The person also told me that he could revert this but due to system upgradation, I need to call them again in next morning. I called them in next morning, but this time, CS told me that I can't get the money back because I have willing downloaded the caller tune. I have contacted CS manytime thereafter but instead of realizing the issue, they all were busy to prove that my allegation was false. This was more insulting and unacceptable to me that illegal deduction of Rs. 30. Now, I am calling them to unscribe caller tune to avoid any further deduction in next month but they are least bother to show any interest on my request.
