I am a Idea retailer my no. is 9702448350.
I had activated a 7 new card for a customer and recharge FR of 501. on 03/04/2010 . in this recharge the retailer comm is 200 rs. on the fly. but i have not get the comm. before recharge i am ask the customer care for the comm. he says that there is some problem in system .you will get your comm.by tomoorrow or day after tomorrow. but as on today i have not get my commision .I contact to customer care senior executive Mr Abhijit sharma. he says that in this recharge the comm will be stop from 01/04/2010. but without any information how these company will stop the commision . i ask him . he says that sorry sir contact your distributor.
I called four times to customer care they every time done fake commitment that your money will be returned back to you .
But I am very disappointed as till today I could not received my money back.

Sir, after requesting about four times on the hot line I am writing to you pls do the needful otherwise I would have to go for consumer court.they easily tell that we can't do anything " JO KARNA HAI KAR LO ".

sir ,
these mobile companies will give only 2.5% commission . and if i have loss one time 1400/-rs. then what should we do .
please do some
so please help me and retailor like me.

sir my salf robin my mob- no- is- 9911862374 i have requist in the idea customer care on 11 feb for DND i am desturbed of his customer care calls wile i drive and slip the calls are come in day 40 or 45 days and he told him your service has been activate on 45 days so juill wlate for wate the 45 days after a 45 days calls are come again are requst aganein then he told him you note the all numbers and i agian call to customer care and told him i do the this job agian after this the excutive told me wate for adays more plese help me your fathfully robin bali

I am getting your services for last 2 yrs..My mobile no is +919165784774(Prepaid customer)...I had incorrect deduction of charges on 1/09/10...for Music updates without my consent...I went to your idea center for deactivation of cricket updates & reversal of charges. On 6th of september i got message for deactivation & reversal of charges from you...But it was not done & i have done the complain 3 times but not action taken by your company
thank you.... so sir please return my 49 Rs balance without loss the time

This is in refrence to the idea voice caht service ativated in my cell ( no. +9891203484) by the mistake from your side. I resisterd four time complaint against it , u can check it in your system every time the person incharge thr told just within few hours your money will be paid but still thr is not any constructive feedback form your side ( not refund my money). plz refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will take mandatory action for it.

Sir iam customer of idea my no is 9781747961. sir i wil visit idea showroom on 27december2010 the owner of the idea showroom novelty telecom inisde delhi gate ferozepur city,ferozepur,punjab. he will charged me rs 10 from me for admitting documents and tell me that your no. will not eactivate but the no. after 24 hrs will barred from outgoing. pplz take action regarding this and try to improve your customer satisfaction.

Sir this is my idea billing no 8108687888 i had taken this no in month of jan so now i want to convert this no frm postpaid to prepaid .
When i had gone to convert this no tht time idea executive told me to tht we cant convert this no until u use more 6 to 7 months.
But while taking the connection they told me tht u can convert from postpaid to prepaid after using 3 months but nw they r not converting.
So plz help to convert from postpaid to prepaid.
I stay in dombivali i purchased it from rahul telecom dombivali east.& still they have not given me the gift voucher also.
Whenever i go & ask they only say abi tak aya nai hai gift voucher .3 months has passed.
If they cannot convert my postpaid no to prepaid then i will disconnect it.

I am a customer of Idea, my no. is 9747222785 and was used 2010 march 19th. As a part of my job i have to stay abroad till. when i inserting the Sim, it says invalid Sim or something like that. i have contacted the dealer and customer care center itself to unblock the Sim. They said the Sim was not used regularly for 3 months, so it will be blocked automatically.

I am requesting you to please gave back me the same no. which is still not using anyone else.
I had a request to you, why this kind of unnecessary actions taken by a Company like IDEA. Why you were bothering about a no. which is not being used regularly for 3 months. what differences will it makes to u?
This causes a big problems of others who related to First customer.

please think about this and kindly give me a solution regarding my Sim no.
