We have been using Idea card for the last 11 years, i.e from the year 2000. Our corporate account is active for the last at least 4 - 5 years and has 7 members. For the last 2 months, we have been trying to convert our postpaid nos to prepaid. We have visited the Idea franchisee, Capricorn Communication, on Bajirao road, Pune, n number of times. However the lady there is very unresponsive and rude every time. If Idea does not need customers, they may very well close down their company, however if they are running it, we expect at least basic manners and responsibility from their franchisee. Every time they give us a new instruction and ask us to come back later. For simply changing some numbers from post paid to prepaid, please let us know, how much time and petrol we are expected to spend? Kindly let us have some solution to this.

We are your very old customer since the last 15 years and have more than 15 corporate connections of your company.

02) Your above invoice be find that the following charges under serial no. 19,20,21,22,23 amounting to 5 items Rs. 700/- are wrongly charges. The bill says for

ISD Sr.no. 19 duration of 00:14 minutes charges Rs. 100/-
ISD Sr.no. 20 duration of 02:40 minutes charges Rs. 300/-
ISD Sr.no. 21 duration of 00:22 minutes charges Rs. 100/-
ISD Sr.no. 22 duration of 00:07 minutes charges Rs. 100/-
ISD Sr.no. 23 duration of 00:07 minutes charges Rs. 100/-

We are not satisfied with the above charges. e.g. in the sr. no. 19,20,21,22 & 23

Pls explain the basis of your charges in the case of above items. As such a exorbitant charges is unreasonable.

We are villing to pay the bills after deletion of these items.

In case the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, we reserve the right to file a complaint with the authorities and exit our connections from your company.

Recently i have got a call for taking idea connection. But when i said i am not interested the executive skope to me in such a harsh way....he was telling "kya juth bolta hai madam".

this is the way the executive talks to the customer.

if the executives dont have manners how to talk with the customer then please dont give us a prmotoional calls.

In case, please provide training for the executives regarding the manners. this is really very disappointing !!!!!!!!!

The IDEA authorised dealer reachable at the address mentioned below is not cooperating with the my MNP request. I submitted my request on 14th Oct and my number (9743793005) has not been transferred to Airtel till date. I am seeking to lodge a consumer court complaint against it.

Hi,

This must be my 100th complaint to idea on wrong activation charges from idea & then only partially reversing amount.
I am really fed up on this issue & following up for almost 2 years.The mistake was done from IDEA side,but I am suffering on time & money front.
Initial pre to post amount about 300 rs is also not transferred as promised.

I don't have time to do follow up on this.

I am changing my IDEA service if problem is not solved.

I am an idea customer(9540199981).
I got my blackberry service plan activated on 30/12/2011. But still my balance was getting deducted.
I called idea customer care and they said i should get my GPRS plan activated for the problem to go away,and I told them to do so.But still the problem persisted and I called customer care again.
This time they asked me to call blackberry helpline.And I did. blackberry helpline executive said that my balance was getting deducted because of the activation of my GPRS plan (this is just a gist of what i was told what to do).
Then I called idea customer care again to get my GPRS plan de-activated. And I was informed by their executive that no such plan has been activated. And this is weird because I got a message from idea(51985) saying that my GPRS plan has been activated.
Then he asked me to remove my sim and put it back again to automatically de-activate my GPRS plan.And I did this twice and nothing happened.
My money is still being deducted even after paying Rs 399 for blackberry service.And I have been calling idea customer care and blackberry helpline ever since and nothing has happened.
They are not ready to give me my deducted balance back and i am stuck with idea blackberry inefficient service for a month.
I DO NOT wish to pursue idea blackberry service because I find IDEA CELLULAR " INCOMPETENT AND CHEAP".

i have talked more then 10 times frm csr and wid oder also but der is no resolutio of mine problem.
as im facing the network problem during surfing the internet, n i have requested the csr that mine 80 rs was deducted due to internet surfing and i had done the recharges of rs 14 which is surfing free . but there is no response from csr they say we cant do any thing ,,,
so please do the needed .

Hi Team,
when i made a call to idea call center from +919850927148 to (198) at night on 22/05/2012 to get information about get information call detail that time agent Bhausaheb had received my call kept on hold more than 2 min and was rude with me and after that he disconnected my call .


Need to take require action against the executive and do let me know status & below are the detail to getting touch me.
