i am from Vill+Po- Ghutgoria Ps-Barjora, Dist-Bankura. From 25th of december'09 we have no network of smart in our village. so i launched a complain in customer care (no-116409335)on 1st january'10
after 3 days they send me a sms saying your request has been solved but the actual problem is not solved. the nearest tower from my village is 2.5 km away in barjora.
then i launched a similar complain on 08-01-2010(no-116946109) then they sms me on 10-10-2010 saying that your problem is solved but the problem is same we have no network.in barjora smart have full network. my latest complain number is-122041450
please do some thing so that smart is forced to modify their third class network in our area. please take necessary steps
