    Friends, you all might know airtel promises to be the 100% network coverage garuntee which gives ads in print media stating it has 100% coverage in comparision with other service providers,i am one of the victim of this called AIRTEL ANDHRA PRADESH past 11 years i have been facing network related complaint over this service provider out of which past 3 years are hell, with the service.
    this company is very prompt in asking for payment, but not in giving service, once the case is registered with customer care and stipulated time is given,the complaint will be automatically closed with out taking confirmation from user whether the service is been satisifed or not, my office is in indoor of apartment where airtel claims not be reaching and there is no alter, but after giving complaint, they said to get it resolved but till date they say their network engineer has visited site, but which has not happened, and received a message that they are closing case, as the customer is satisifed with the support given by airtel.
    i dont know why this company has turned in this way, but in case for payment the company will not even delay a single day, to take extra charges, when i have asked NODAL officer he has refused to speak over network issue, when i asked him that " when i am paying for the service which i have used, then you should not charge for the service where you are not able to provide till your services are restored" but he says this is against company policy. i have many such examples where tower is installed on their own building, but still Zero Signal.i want to take serious action against this.

    Default Airtel Broadband

    I am Neetesh ;e-64 kamraj nagar(thrivanmiyur,chennai).I applied for airtel broadband connection on 14th feb 2010 via agent named sasi kumar(9500134922) and muni.they assured that connection is available in our area and they will provide connection in two days , they made us fill the form(application number-984749) and took amount of 2100 rs(1000 installation+1000 security) and 100 bribe as extra charges.But after almost two months we didn't get the connection and our money.And moreover they don't pick our calls and even mislead us about our money.
    So kindly take proper actions against this cheating being done to us.

    Dear Consumer Forum,

    I am Meghavi Brahmbhatt, using airtel service from last 2 years but from last 6 months my experience with airtel is worse. I have not activate any scheme provide by airtel but they are activating schemes without my permission and cut the charges from my balance. every time I called to customer care and they deactivate the scheme but what about my balance which they have cut??? I want to file a case against airtel that they have charge for the schemes which I haven't activated so they have to reimburse the amount which they have cut from my balance till now. I am a student and can not bear such type of monetary loss. whenever I called to their customer care centre they are not even able to answer my question they just can deactivate the scheme but after 15days it is again activate. I really dont understand what the rubbish way airtel using to charge from the customers. I want to take serious action against this. I request consumer forum please help me to get my money back which was charge by airtel without my permission.

    Before knocking consumer forum we suggest you to send a written notice to your area nodal officer via registered post/ Email, mention all the details in it and ask them to refund the amount + damages + 12% interest within the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their reply and revert us back.

    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.
    Visit: Airtel Mobile Customer Care ( Nodal Officer ) for Address of Nodal officer.

    Note: Always mention your contact details and the complaint nos. registered with the customer care.

    Angry Complain against AIRTEL

    Its Unbearable now, this is the 6th time i got a message from 543212 number stating that you have been charged 30/- for audio tunes for 30 days, i mean without any confirmation even though iev not even subscribed to it, they directly deducted that amount from my balance, then message me that its been deducted,i mean Its shameful for Airtel that how can they do such a act alike a begger.Now i'ev lost my whole balance and also they'ed asked for unsubscribing it, by calling on this number505999556, i did that too. but what about my money which they stole. i never got it back..Its final that i am going to file the complain to CONSUMER FORUM for sure against AIRTEL.

    Thumbs down very bad service cant recive and send sms

    sir, i cant send and recive messages, i complaint many time and call them many time but cant get solution they always talk to me for more time no problam solved.

    Default Landline instrument not working provided by Airtel

    Sir,
    Landline Instrument Beetel given by Airtel is defective and needs repairs.Airtel refers me to a Toll free line 1800-102-3456 which is unattended and only you get pl. hold often,please resolve.
    Twice I have attempted and response from Airtel is sorry pl. contact Beetel.

    Default Complaint against Airtel For deducting my balance for internet usage

    My name is Rounak Gehlot .I have an prepaid airtel connection with no. 8890767846.I would like to tell you that my balance is deducted @ 30paise for using internet although I dont surf internet.When I complaint to Customer Care they say that i have surfed the net.The balance is deducted continuosly for 1-2 hrs till my balance reaches zero.Even while talking to customer care the balance is being continuously deducted.This started on Aug 31,2010.Since that day there are many occasionsI have been charged.Even after deactivating the Airtel Live Services from my mobile, I am continously charged for surfing.Till today my balance has been cut around Rs 120 .I want to get justice.
    Please help me.
