My name Basavraj hiremorab from hubli karnataka.... i am under the plan of 50ps per second call and 150 daily sms free but from last two weeks i am not getting any free msg i lost my 50rs by msg...... i had called to customer care but they are not responding to it.... if you dint respond to this mail also than we will turn back another network please solve my problem mobile number 9632223833

Sub: Non Receipt of SIM

Dear Sir/ Madam (s),

Please refer to captioned subject & note that We have taken an Airtel No. 97480-73071.

While opening kit, we have found that there is no SIM in packet. Then we have informed to your customer assistance to look into matter & arrange for SIM.

But, I regret to inform you that till today I have not yet received the SIM. Instead of SIM, yesterday I have received an Airtel Bill contains No.557959979, dtd.3rd September 2011 for total dues Rs.371.48.

We need your immediate assistance for the same.
