    Arrow Message charges unnecessarily

    Dear sir
    My name Basavraj hiremorab from hubli karnataka.... i am under the plan of 50ps per second call and 150 daily sms free but from last two weeks i am not getting any free msg i lost my 50rs by msg...... i had called to customer care but they are not responding to it.... if you dint respond to this mail also than we will turn back another network please solve my problem

    my cell no is 9560068705 15 rupees is reduced from my balance for my tune .i dont know anything about it and customer care also not picking my number so plz send back the money to my sim i suffereed inconvenience for no reason..............

    Post Internate Connection

    In-spite of our Continuous efforts with your customer care , I am unable to get the proper answer aabout my internate connection in my black berry Phone .

    It" a very bad experience with Airtel. If I shall not get the reply within 24hrs ,decided to shift from Airtel to Other Company.

    Sub: Non Receipt of SIM

    Ref: Unique Service Request number is 39567823


    Dear Sir/ Madam (s),

    Please refer to captioned subject & note that We have taken an Airtel No. 97480-73071.

    While opening kit, we have found that there is no SIM in packet. Then we have informed to your customer assistance to look into matter & arrange for SIM.

    But, I regret to inform you that till today I have not yet received the SIM. Instead of SIM, yesterday I have received an Airtel Bill contains No.557959979, dtd.3rd September 2011 for total dues Rs.371.48.

    We need your immediate assistance for the same.
