Dear Mr.Amitabh,
Sir , this is with reference to the GPRS service of my airtel number. Sir for
the past ten days i am trying to solve the problem of GPRS service on my Aple I
Phone but all in vain. Sir, i have registered my complaint on airtel 121 number
of times but no resolution has been recd. All of your technical support people
whom i have talked to gave the same answer i.e Pls insert your sim card again
OR Pls enable 3G again... No body tries to figure out the exact problem. Every
time i try to open internet it displays the same error. " Could not activate
cellular data network: and " The error was unknown error." .
Sir i am trying to continuously reach your technical support helpline but i
dont think they are effecient enough to solve this. Ultimately i am writing you
with a hope that my problem would be solved asap.
Sir, I am sorry to say that there is no point in airtel buying out mobile
networks in africa when you cannot serve your indian customers.
Pls take some action on my complaint
