I am using Vodafone lifetime prepaid sim from 1 year......i applied for deactivation of " Post call messages " ( Post call messages are short messages from Vodafone that disturbes its users after sending any type of messages or disconnecting calls by users on their handsets).........i sent message as " NPCN to 111 " 2 weeks ago and waited for 48 hours but nothing happened....then went to Vodafone mini store in my area,then also requested Vodafone customer care and waited for 48 hours but also now same problem is there and also " I am unable to talk to Vodafone care,they have blocked me ".....Now also after 1 week, i have spoken 4 times to different vodafone executives.....they tell me to wait but nothing is happening........also no one is replying my previous asked question since 1 month....Vodafone executives name which i talked to :- Harpreet,Amit kumar Rana ( Request Id :- 2144935994).......where should i go......??.....Waiting for immediate action from your side..........
