Please find attached my complaint for Cheating, Fraud, harassment and mental torture by Reliance Communications Ltd. It has issuing mobile connections by using forged address of other people.It is an illegal and unethical activity. I am contacting Reliance Communication since last 5 months, but Reliance has not given me any answer.Reliance is a very big company and it feels that it is above the law of the country. I request you to take immediate action so that it can be punished for its unethical, illegal and anti national act.

Subject- Issue of Reliance Mobile No.9310090044 by forging my name and address leading to proper police case and legal action against your company and you both.
Dear Sir,
You know that all terrorists, criminals and frauds are using the mobile numbers issued in the name and address of some one else. It is to avoid or misguide the police and other law investigating agencies. These terrorists and criminals are successful in hiding their identity even when the said number is under Police /ATS/STF/C.B.I/ACB surveillance because phone has been issued with forged name and address. I must tell you that these criminals are successful to save their skin to the large extent by hiding their identity, because they are getting full support from Telecom Operators who issue the mobile numbers with forged name and address.
I am a very high ranking person & I know it very well that Mobile number is activated only when name and address verification is complete. Hence it is a clear proof that either your employee or employee of your address verification agency is fully involved in this fraud and criminal activity. I have never applied for any reliance mobile phone. I have never paid any amount against any bill of reliance mobile phone. I have a reliance prepaid data card and that number is different. Then, how this mobile number 9310090044 has been issued in my name? Some one else is using this phone and some one else is paying against its bill. If that person is a terrorist or a kidnapper or any other anti- national or anti-social element, then Police will come to my home for interrogation and investigation. I will come under police problem only because your company has issued a mobile number 9310090044 by forging my name and address. I have every right to know from you that who has given you this authority for such criminal activity. If any thing goes wrong with me because of foolishness of your company, I shall file a proper F.I.R against Reliance Communication Ltd & you both because this company is running under your leadership. You can not avoid your responsibility of checks and controls of any activity of your company.
Keeping in mind the above facts, you are requested to provide me following information:-
1. The name, address and other contact details of the actual user.
2. The duration of usage of this mobile number.
3. The actual date of correction of name and address with written information to me.
I shall need these information to provide it to Police or any other investigating agency if at all any legal problem arises. Only you can provide me this information because you have issued this number. It is your responsibility to ascertain the identity of the actual user. You can not hide his identity.

Please take immediate corrective action and inform me in writing so that I may sleep properly. At present your company is giving me sleepless nights. Please take precaution so that your company does not act as a tool of support to criminals & anti social elements.

They told me that the call rates for gulf countries is Rs. 5 & after purchasing it they told me that the rates are Rs. 8 .It is an illegal and unethical activity. I am contacting Reliance Communication since last 5 months, but Reliance has not given me any answer.Reliance is a very big company and it feels that it is above the law of the country. I request you to take immediate action so that it can be punished for its unethical, illegal and anti national act.
