I had purchased an Airtel prepaid connection(9717*****), in Jully this year, with an initial validity of 3 years.
After using the no. for few months, I came to know about a problem in the service, whener I made a call after 2300 hrs in the night time to an Airtel no. in J&K, there was no audio transfer from either side.
I complained about the same almost a dozen times, but Airtel could not fix the problem. So I purchased a Vodafone Connection & I used the Airtel no.(9717824077) less frequently, before I went to home for about 15 days during which I could not use that no. When I returned from home, I was surprised to see that the Airtel had put off my services. After that Airtel refused to resume my services.
I want that Airtel should resume my services for my no. 971*******.
