I bought Idea SIM for my cell in Jan'09 and since the I am not able to receive International messages on my cell. I complained to their customer care 5-6 times but Till date I haven't got any solution to my problem from then though a month has already passed.
I want my money back from them which I wasted in buying their SIM and I have already demanded this from them 2-3 times but they are not responding. so I request you to help me out in getting my money back from Idea cellular ltd.
