    Default Mobile not returned/repaired in 2 months by Sony Erricsson authorised service centre

    Hello Sir,

    My name is Hanumantha B, I have given my Sony Erricsson cell phone for servicing to an authorised Sony Ericsson service center which is in Marathalli, Bangalore (address provided below) approximately 2 months ago i.e. 20-12-2008 as it was having issues with powering on. They gave the verbal committment of rectifying the issue within 7 days.

    Whenever I call the shop owner or visit his place to know about status of my mobile phone. He will either say that call me after 2 hrs as my person has gone to take the mobile back from another shop as he is taking help from another shop for repairing my cell phone or his shop will be closed. Its been more than 2 months and now he is neither answering my calls nor his shop is opened for almost a month.

    The shop will always remain closed now. Whenever i call the concerned person, he will not pick the call. The incomming calls to their landline number is barred and the only way I can reach that person(Mr. Chetan - 9845350910) is through his mobile which is mostly not reachable or if it is reachable he will not pick the call.

    The below details are as per the receipt they provided for servicing and none of the numbers stated below are in working order:

    Hi All,

    I am Sugaraj staying in Marathalli, The same problem happend for me also. I given my sony ericson S500i mobile to the marathalli service centre on november 2008. It was under warranty and select key was not working. After 2 months (January) they given me back the phone. But it was not clossing properly and the vibration was not working. Again i given the mobile and in january last they given me back. But that time Camera was not working. Again i given my mobile and I visited the service centre more than 20 times and i am not able to contact them. The shope is clossed and if i am trying to call to Mr. Chethan, he is either not reachable or he won't pick the phone.

    Its really bad for a company like sony ericson. I want to get it back my mobile. But i dont know to whom i need to contact. I have only Chethan number. (9845350910)

    Default The Same had happened to me and i got my handset replaced

    Hi,

    I am Sudarshan from bangalore, i had a handset K550i it was in good condition, but the only problem it had was the camera in it,It had auto focus problem and the clarity of the camera had gone down,this person chethan for more than almost 3-4 months was so irresposible that the engineer over there tampered my handset this came in limelight when i took my handset for repair to SOLARA intenational in HSR layout,they told that my handset was tampered and they cannot repair it underwarranty,i told them to give this in writing and will go to the consumer court,they did give it in written that my handest was tampered,From there on i escalated this matter to higher authorities in sony ericsson call center in delhi,i was almost ready to go to the consumer court but finally after such long wait they gave me a new handset with 10 months warranty,and since many customers from tht service center gave complaint now they are gearing up and i was told aroung 34 handsets frm tht service center was in the service center unrepaired and now they have shutdown tht service center for ever.

    Default Problem with Sony Ericsson cell phone

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    My name is Arun I had a problem with my phone from the day when I bought it for the first time I have given my Sony Erricsson cell phone (IMEI NO. 352834032155265) (model G502) for servicing to an authorized Sony Ericsson service center (in ascentel, B.O. No. 1038, Dr Rajkumar road, 4th Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore – 10 Ph: 65316602) they said it’s a software update problem , after the repair the next day itself it was not working so I went & gave the set for repair second time, even that time also they have said it’s a software update problem & they took 9 days to repair that, I received the set on 13/6/09 back but end of the same day it was not working. again for the third time I given to repair Since the set was within warranty they said it's having mother board problem & it has to be changed, for that they took 11 days, finally I received set on 24/7/09 but by the evening again it was not working so again I went and given for repair, so I have asked them to replace my set, but they said I need to raise an complaint & after that only they can tell me the status. For this they have given online work order no. – SE309AT210349

    I want to raise complaint with customer court

    So Pls help me to replace this set or at least give me back my money.

    Default phone not returned

    I the undersigned, had problems in my phone model x10i purchased in reliance digital on dec 09 2010 i surrenderd the phone having problems of

    heat when charging to the ascentel 1 ground floor,no-215, westminister building,cunningham road on october 12th 2011 and the work order

    given by them is se311at312138 and the battery serial no 120381613 and imei serial no 012379004553628 and they promised me by returning within

    a week, but every day they are postponing and no response from them till date and it passed one month. Please help me out getting my phone

    serviced or compensation for the same.
