I am a customer of Reliance CDMA mobile (prepaid). I had activated for 1p/sms offer by paying Rs 11, around 12th December 2009, on my mobile (9323308114) and it was notified to me that the offer will auto-renewed every month with a charge of Rs 11/month.
However the offer was not auto-renewed and all SMS sent from my mobile were charged with normal rates (50p/sms instead of 1p/sms).
There was no notification from Reliance that your offer could not be auto renewed and you will be charged normal SMS rates.
This is clearly a fault from Reliance end and I have applied for a refund more than 10 times but there is no proper response from them.
This has happened with me twice and they are not ready to grant me a refund.
I had called up customer care and spoke to Mr Anantam Mukherjee (Floor Manager) on 16th Jan 2010 who confirmed that due to some technical problem with the system the offer could not be renewed automatically, and also accepted the fault was from Reliance end. However it was told to me that the refund cannot be given to me.
If the fault is clearly from Reliance's end then I definitely need a refund.

I am not happy with the customer service of Reliance communications.

However, the plan I am referring to is still active.
Reliance communications have accepted that there was a technical problem at their end and hence the issue.
I should get a refund in such a case.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Iam a customer of Reliance CDMA mobile (prepaid). I been facing the issue from along time from the month of JANUARY and till Date 11th of MAY 2011 and I had activated for Rs.599 which free for my STD calls to other state and taken the connection around 26th October 2010, on my mobile (7428155437) and it was notified to me that the offer has activated and no ther additional services.
However the offer was activated and the issue started from the month of JANUARY 2011 that my money is going on deducated on additional services which i have not taken from mobile when ever iam recharging and it happened each any month.
There was no notification from Reliance that i will get this additional offer or when i spoke with customer service person and they deacitvated the service i dont get any notification or message that additional service got deactivated. and also getting alots of auto generate messages and my money gets deducated.

I had called up customer care and spoke to Mr Avishek (Floor Manager) in NAVI MUMBAI on 11th MAY 2011 who confirmed that other additional services ahs been deducated and he wont be or garnt me the money refunded on my account because of certain issue that i have not called them within 24 to 72 hours and when i told them that even i have done that in the month of MARCH 2011 and call the services within 24hours still money ahs not been refunded. However it was told to me that the refund cannot be given to me.
If the fault is clearly from Reliance's end then I definitely need a refund.
