hi.. Bhupesh here.. I purchased BSNL sms pack worth rs 40/- on 13-mar-10. but after 2 days again it started charging money on each message. If we ask them on customer care then as usual it have the worst customer care in world. they ask to forwaed call and then drop it.
and they just say that I should put case against them in consumer court they can do nothing.

pls help from them as its not only the matter of rs 40 for individual. its the matter of their services and products they sell taking money from people and than refuses to pay back benefits.
