    Default Airtel misleading Customers for Payment of Services

    Hi,

    I am Prasad Sulakhe bearing an Airtel postpaid No. 9892928831 (A/c No 109-100536015) holds this number since 2005.

    My number is no longer active despite of making a payment of Rs. 3000 which was overdue.

    The concerned female Ms.Mansi (022-43604826) who took my payment promised me to active my number once the payment is done.

    After making successful payment, Now she says the number is permanently disconnected.

    I have spoken to Customer Care many a times and I get a reply that my number is churned out.

    This is not done and a type of cheating done on behalf of Airtel...Request you to guide me in order to activate this number.

    I have another Airtel No. 9967518831 which i thik i should de-activate now.

    Please help me as I need the same number TO BE ACTIVE ASAP.
