    Default Complaint against airtel customer service



    Dear Sir,
    I am Dr. Ranendra Kumar Majumdar is a bonafied customer of airtel having mobile set with no. 9862441057. on 23.02.2010 I recharged my mobile at 12.35 PM for Rs. 21.00 for the service 1paise per second (validity 90 days) with trans ID 873424761. Then after 5 days the call charge automatically changed to 50p per minute to airtel and 60p per minute to other mobile. I became stranged. Thereafter I contacted customer care through 121 three times (6.3.2010, 13.3.2010 and 17.3.2010) and every time they give assurance to rectify this within 3 days,but, alas, no rectification. Moreover,today I received one SMS from 5432105 mentioning that my mobile service job has been renewed and they deducted Rs. 10 from my balance. In this situation, my question is who of your airtel company will rectify my problem, who will repay my loss I incurred due to this change and why unnecessarily Rs. 10.00 has been deducted and who will pay it.
    My request to you, if all these problems are not solved within 24 hours, then you will compel me to take the shelter of Honourable Court to seek justice and compensation.

    Unhappy complaint

    Hello sir my name is Vijay hada my airtel no. is 9981200795 has been deactivated without any reason and when I called to customer care they told me to go your nearest airtel office and when I went to office first day they told me there should be scratch on sim and next day told there is problem in papers or photo and when I gave new papers and photo than also they have a problem to activate my number , so after all this if they not activate my number than I will close my airtel no my self as well as my family airtel numbers and also tell my every friend in my college , my office as well as in my whole city about this rubbish and stupid service of airtel and I am surely do this so please take some action to activate my number in 24 hours and if not than there would be no relation between me and airtel . Thank you

    There is heavy motor boating noise in the fixed line receiver cant listen the calling party

    Default No Solution for My Issue in my Airtel Prepaid Number 7875785163

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I am very much worried and felt worst with the customer care executive responses from Airtel (Maharastra-Prepaid). my Mobile number is 7875785163. I have did MNP and moved to Airtel from Vodafone a week ago. I was confirmed as a Airtel Network user before 4 days back. Now the problem is I have recharged for RS 41(STD Booster that allows to make STD calls at 30 Ps per Minute). The recharge was done on 4th Feb around 5PM and was successful. But once if I call any STD number I was surprised to see 72ps was been deducting for every STD calls. Even I tried numbers from various states of INDIA. I have called Customer Care 4 times in total and talked to 7 Executives in total in those 4 calls. Everyone suggested me to wait and they will raise a compliant for this issue. But no one sent me the complaint number. Later one person luckily sent the compliant number to my mobile number at 1 PM yesterday and told it will be solved in 48 hours. The complaint number is CBNRA30204441300. Later I got a call today morning that issue is resolved or not and I have told it was still been there. Later I got a message that 'We are closing this request as your issue resolved'. I again called complaint center directly and reported this issue and they have told will raise a new compliant and ended the call. SIMPLY I WAS BOUNCING BACK BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVES AND MY ISSUE YET PERSISTS. I can throw away this number and can go for new one but It was been over 1000 friends. Also i felt damn anxious to enter Airtel from Vodafone. Is there any senioe level of esclation for my issue hereby. Please suggest me some solution to whom I contact to solve my problem.
