Today i.e on Mar 14, 2010 I recharged my Vodafone no. 9758271225 online on Vodafone official website for Rs 12 . .After the transaction was successful , I received a confirmation from Vodafone that " Topup requested for Rs 12 and talktime of Rs 0.12 " . .But on Vodafone website, it is mentioned that on top up of Rs 12 , we will be getting Rs 8.88 talktime . .Then, I contacted customer care, they informed me that for Rs 12, you get Rs 0.12 talktime (which is not shown in account balance) and you get free surfing but not downloading for one day. . This is complete cheating . .

The proof of Rs 8.88 can be found on the Vodafone website itself. .I am unable to post the exact link as it says 15 posts are required to put a link . .So kindly check this . .
