I Mohammad Abbass Wani Budgam Kashmir having a dynamic postpaid number of airtel (J&K) 9906736631 want to draw your kind attention towards my problem.
Sir I want to convert my Dynamic Postpaid into Premium Postpaid. then i visited airtel show room namely Prudent Communication Karanagar Srinagar. Where i contact their executive they told make a demand draft of Rs 500 and id proof and other documents. I made a demand draft of Rs 500=00 in the name of bharti airtel ltd on 17 feb. 2010 and submitted all documents alongwith the D.D. After that they told it will be converted after 15 days.I was outside state and i came after 20 days. but unfortunately it was not converted from dynamic postpaid to premium postpaid. when i again visited the karangar office and asked them about my number. they told it will be converted within 24 hours. I waited 24 hours but not converted,
then i visited again the same office, they replied wait 10 minutes and switch off your mobile, i done the same but nothing happen, and today i visited again they irresponsibly said it will converted automatically wait more some days.
It is therfore requested to yourgoodself please take necessary and immediate action against them and solve my problem.
