Recieving Telemarketing Messages even after Registering in DND Service Hii Myselft Tarun Sharma.
I've Registered myself on DND(Do Not Disturb) around 6 months ago..
bt its been second time that i recieved Telemarketing Messages and i've been charged by them..
they cut a total sum of Rs. 20 from my Mobile Phone Balance SO I want to Register a Complaint against MTNL..
