    Angry My Tata indicom Number is not working

    Hi,

    Yesterday I have launch complaint regarding my tata indicom phone number – 65286049.
    Your customer care executive told me that my number is disconnected because of my address verification, but I haven’t received any call from tata regarding the same. As per my knowledge before disconnection they should sms me or they should call me on my alternate number. Still I have given my two alternate numbers to your executive – number is – 9819486841 and 8097626182.
    After all this discussion he told me that my number will start working before 8 pm today, but still my number is not working also I haven’t received any call from tata for the verification today.
    I try to call customer care on 121 but whenever I dialed the number it will give one message that your call is transferring to our customer care executive after that next work is thank for calling tata indicom and my call gets ended. I have lost my two hours for doing this.

    Kindly look into this issue asap

    I am having tata indicam cell no 9290546671 with out informing my no was disconnected. Any sms or any call are not received. Personally i called castmer care,he told me ur not rechargeing, at any cost every 2months minimum 200 recharge is mandetory thats why disconnected.I ask what i can do next process he told me 1more time submit ur id and addressproff and photo.After that also not at activated my mobile no.Alternative no's also not at given any information. Sim card selling time just this amount recharege life long validity u can get.

    WHAT AN INDICAM SERVICES SIR.
