Hi ,

I am Kiran Rasquinha i am facing the network issue from past one month at our residence Cooke town Bangalore, and i have logged a complaint with Airtel after 2 weeks .after making repeated calls to airtel customer care, each time they commit certain date . Now its almost a month and the problem is still not resolved yet. When i escalated this issue to their manager , they orally commit some date but not ready to give it in writing. I am really frustrated with the service . but i cannot disconnect the line , because i am using this number from past 5 years and this number is been distributed to my colleagues , friends and relatives. This network issue is not only for me , there are many people whjo are staying in the same locality facing the same issue.

And airtel has already got couple of complaints form the customers from this area. But there is no solution given by them yet. Now They have committed the date for December end.

Now i am totally help less. I have missed couple of important calls from my office , and i cannot change the number as i have mentioned the reason above.

Kindly suggest me what to do.
