I stay in banglore and have been using my reliance cdma phone for past few days. Recently i came to know that there was a particular recharge denomination of Rs 399 in which calls to reliance cdma within the same circle are free. I had confusion regarding what that circle was so i contacted the customer care who said it was free in circle which consisted of mumbai, maharashtra, chennai, tamil nadu,andhra pradesh.Since reliance has a system of recording calls made to customer executives they will have evidence of this.Later on i got charged for these so called free calls and the reason was given that their customer executives had given incorrrect information I want this money of mine back or atleast compensated in anathor suitable plan
